Brad has successfully represented thousands of clients in disability hearings in over 30 states. Brad’s practice is devoted primarily to helping disabled individuals through the disability process. Brad’s experience allows him to effectively and competently represent disabled clients in obtaining Social Security Disability benefits.
Brad earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Brad then graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2010. Upon graduating from law school, Brad worked as an attorney for a well-known plaintiff’s law firm where he handled a wide variety of cases including: workers’ compensation, personal injury, criminal law, and estate distribution. Brad has also worked for one of the country’s most successful nationwide Social Security law firms.
Although Brad was born in Arizona, he moved at a young age to Utah where he was raised in Orem, Utah and attended the Mountain View High School. After high school, Brad served a two-year mission for his church in Madrid, Spain. Brad returned to Utah with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, Brad enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as serving the underprivileged and disadvantaged in his community.
