Michael Driggs

Michael Driggs is a trial lawyer in The Advocates’ Utah office and manages The Advocates’ California office. With a focus on helping those who have been seriously injured through the negligence of others, Michael has gained significant courtroom experience, having tried multiple jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations, as well as a case before the Utah Supreme Court. He argues cases at both the state and federal levels and has assisted in cases pro hac vice. Licensed in Utah, California, and Montana, Michael brings dedication and a client-first approach to every case he handles.

An active member of the legal community, Michael belongs to the Utah Association for Justice (UAJ) and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA). Known for his attention to detail and tireless advocacy, he strives to ensure that every client feels supported throughout the legal process.

Beyond work, Michael cherishes any opportunity to spend time with his wife and three daughters. He enjoys getting outside, especially when it means playing golf.
